Who is Absolute?

Born in Spartanburg , South Carolina as Michael Blackley, Absolute 'Da General' has traveled many miles all along the east coast with one goal, to put his city (Sparkle City) on the map.

He first began distributing music at Myrtle Beach, S.C. in 2002. After getting positive feed back from his first mix CD he continued with his mission and started doing shows as well as showcases. While at his first showcase in Atlanta, Georgia in 2002, Absolute met an influential rapper by the name of T.I. who helped him realize that his desire to become a recording artist was not just a dream but a goal that could become reality with determination and dedication. Since that chance meeting, Absolute never once doubted his ability as an artist.

hosted by New Orleans own Dj Raj Smoove

of Lil' Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, which is currently in steady rotation in different parts of the USA and Puerto Rico. He has performed at shows from Miami, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana and throughout North and South Carolina, Alabama and all the way to Minnesota.
