A BILL FOR BREAST CANCER RESEARCH FUNDING

This came from my cousin. Please take the time to read. Don’t let October be the only time we think about Breast Cancer.
    

 Hello All,
    

 A senior girl from UGA is holding a petition to encourage Congress to
give more money specifically for Breast Cancer research. Her best
friend recently died from the disease with little knowledge of her
condition. Saxby Chambliss agreed to sit down with this UGA student and
draft a bill calling for more Breast Cancer research funding. HOWEVER,
he will not meet with her until she receives 1 MILLION signatures in
support of this cause. The student spoke in our chapter last night,
broke down in tears, and had us all chocked up with her as she
explained how little the world is aware of this disease, as well as how
minimal the information and options for breast cancer patients are.
